Winemaking: Grapes are harvested in different phases in order to have perfectly ripe berries. Fermentation takes place in a big oak vat at temperatures kept below 25 °C. Maceration lasts about 20 days. Aged in new barriques for about 18 months
Ageing: 18 months in barrels, 6 months in bottle

Commentary: A superb Rosso. This wine exhibit an amazingly balanced and complex nose; in the mouth is pure velvet, luscious and intriguing with a slight note of rhubarb. Endless.
