Winemaking: Grapes are hand harvested in different phases in order to have perfectly ripe berries. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in french barriques (different ages) at 18 °C. Malolactic fermentation NOT done. Ageing sur-lie for about 9 months.
Ageing: 9 months in barrels, 3 months in bottle

Commentary: A gorgeous Friulano. Titut Blanc is one of the finest espression of this lovely grape, yielding notes of nettle, salvia, wild herbs ands stones. In the mouth is refreshing, mineral, luscious, extremely complex.
