Winemaking: Hand picked; selection of the best grapes. Fermented in concrete vats for about 15 days, with temperatures kept below 28 °C. Malolactic in concrete vats. Aged in french oak barrels for about 1 year and 16 months in concrete vats before bottling
Ageing: 1 year in oak casks; 16 months in concrete vats; 6 months in bottle
Total Production: 6000 bt
Commentary: a complex, refined, deep red; with fruity and earthy elements sustained by a wonderful velvety texture
