One of the most beautiful plot of southern Toscana. From the patio of the house you can embrace with a single sight the Argentario promontory, the islands Giglio, Montecristo, Pianosa and Elba. 11 hectars of vineyards planted at 300 meter above sea level with Sangiovese (8 ha), Cabernet Sauvignon (1.40) ha, Petit Verdot (0.70 ha), Canaiolo (0.50 ha), Montepulciano (0.50 ha) . Philosophy

Niki want to craft a traditional Sangiovese, full of earthy and wild red berries aromas, medium bodied and easy to drink. But primarily he want his wines to express the uniqueness of Nibbiale terroir

The People

Elke and Nicholas Buchheim (from Munich) crossed the alps many times over the past 10 years. They were looking for a country house with a few rows of vines to produce good wines for friends and family. In 1998 eventually they found the place, and the hobby became soon a full time employment
